
Lake Hazel Cemetery

The Lake Hazel Lutheran Church Cemetery is located in a peaceful and secluded site, across the road from the church and surrounded by trees. The grounds are maintained through a perpetual fund administered by LAKE HAZEL LUTHERAN CHURCH AND CEMETERY ASSOCIATION.
Any person who was a member of record of the Lake Hazel Lutheran Church of Swift County Minnesota between January 1, 1950 and July 1, 1967 may be buried in said cemetery in a single grave without any price. All other persons to be interred in said cemetery shall be required to purchase a grave site and to pay to the Cemetery Association the current rate as determined by the Board of Directors. Upon payment of said sum to the Cemetery Association, a deed shall be issued memorializing in writing the burial of such person in said burial plot. Such deed to be in the form prescribed by the laws of this state.
